Description

You will own the financial and technical analysis for technology projects, managing budgets, reporting, and mobile device infrastructure support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for all technology initiatives.
• Generate pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and create monthly financial summary reports.
• Interface with internal accounting departments to verify budget usage and maintain current accounting codes.
• Develop processes to pull timely project cost information from accounting systems.
• Conduct research on mobile device equipment, accessories, and airtime services, diagnosing and resolving related problems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing project budgets and financial reporting for technology projects.
• 7+ years of experience interfacing with internal accounting teams.
• 7+ years demonstrating strong client communication skills across all organizational levels.
• 7+ years proficiency in formal project management methods, including documentation and external communications.
• 7+ years experience configuring, testing, and supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• 7+ years experience with IBM MaaS360.
• 7+ years experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with Windows 10 Enterprise, Active Directory, SMS/SCCM, Citrix, SharePoint, and RemoteAnywhere.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RemoteAnywhere.
• Strong understanding of cost-reimbursable project accounting.
