Description

You will manage the financial and technical delivery of technology projects, bridging budget oversight with technical troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets for all technology initiatives.
• Create pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and compile monthly financial summary reports.
• Interface with internal accounting departments to ensure correct budget usage and up-to-date accounting codes.
• Develop processes to retrieve timely project cost data from accounting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mobile device equipment, accessories, and airtime services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years developing and managing technology project budgets.
• 7+ years creating pro-forma invoices and financial summary reports.
• 7+ years interfacing with internal accounting departments.
• 7+ years developing processes for timely project cost information retrieval.
• 7+ years demonstrating strong client communication across organizational levels.
• 7+ years proficiency in formal project management methods and documentation.
• 7+ years experience with IBM MaaS360 and Microsoft Office 365/10.
• 7+ years experience with SCCM, Citrix, SharePoint, Active Directory, SMS, and Microsoft environments.
• 7+ years experience testing iOS and Android releases for mobile devices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-vendor technology integrations.
