You will serve as a business systems analyst on the Web Development Team, supporting digital product delivery across the financial services lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.

• Collaborate across diverse organizations to support digital capabilities for advisors and customers.
• Balance process compliance with business objectives through logical reasoning and judgment.
• Communicate objectives, status, and results clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analyst experience.
• Deep domain expertise in Life Insurance.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Strong requirement gathering and planning skills.
• Ability to drill down from high-level business processes to technical details.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• Proven ability to connect complex data points using logical deduction.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience within financial services.
• Advanced use of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
