Description

You will document business processes and drive business case development to improve internal systems and tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and improve process documentation for billing and contract workflows.
• Liaise with technology teams and external providers to troubleshoot bugs and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain program information systems, including configuration management and budget tracking.
• Identify billing deficiencies and develop corrective action plans using root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and integration into business information systems.
• Working knowledge of healthcare information systems and claim billing/reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing tables, dependencies, and workflows.
• Experience with Regional Center Billing Systems.
• Ability to relay technical information to business stakeholders and vice versa.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
