Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
• Support the full project lifecycle through structured business analysis.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Experience supporting project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
