Interpret federal and state mandates for Linux systems and translate SNAP/TANF eligibility policies into functional requirements for statewide systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement federal and state mandates within Linux environments.
• Analyze eligibility requirements for SNAP and TANF policies and procedures.
• Translate state and federal mandates into functional requirements for statewide eligibility systems.
• Perform complex data analytics using relational databases.
• Track workflows and manage tasks using Jira and GitLab.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or data roles.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries against SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Expertise in data analytics and complex data manipulation.
• Experience with SNAP and TANF eligibility determination policies.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking and workflow management.
• Proficiency in GitLab.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
