Description

You will support project implementations and product teams by driving continuous process improvement for vehicle processing, parts distribution, and transportation functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to analyze user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, and system integrations.
• Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with technical teams using Agile techniques.
• Design and develop BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and visualization for actionable insights.
• Manage data sets to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability for analysis.
• Lead issue resolution triage and communicate technical details between business and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation projects: design, configuration, testing, training, and cutover.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and querying both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and working with QA on test cases.
• Ability to navigate both Mainframe and Distributed systems.
• Strong background in SDLC and software/systems development life cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Power Platform.
• Power BI for data visualization.
