You will lead business analysis efforts within the P&C Insurance domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead business analysis teams and processes.
  • Design and implement Policy and CRM processes for Commercial Lines insurance.
  • Execute Salesforce configurations and process automation.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL.
  • Operate within Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Manager or Leadership role for BAs.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud).
  • Proficiency in ADO and ServiceNow.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Expertise in Commercial Lines insurance policy and CRM workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce process automation.
  • Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
  • Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and ETL tools for Salesforce integration.
