You will lead business analysis efforts for healthcare imaging workflows and technical consultancy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage a team of technical consultants.
• Manage incidents and technical issues using standard ticketing tools.
• Apply healthcare interoperability standards to business requirements.
• Oversee incident management processes to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of HL7 standards.
• Experience with PACS and RIS systems.
• Working knowledge of DICOM standards.
• Proficiency with incident management workflows.
• Experience using professional ticketing tools.
• Ability to lead technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
