Description

You will own requirements for software systems across the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You translate business objectives into technical specifications and guide stakeholders through complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements by collaborating directly with business and technical teams.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents.
• Trace, prioritize, and document changes to business practices, workflows, and system processes.
• Conduct research, query data, and analyze problems to determine technical solutions.
• Update project statuses, risks, issues, and timelines within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or managing large, complex IT projects.
• Experience delivering software as part of an Agile delivery team.
• Proficiency with requirement gathering tools: Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical system requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Experience guiding stakeholders through business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and impact analysis.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into defined tasks while maintaining focus on end-to-end processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on SAP reporting or Power BI reporting projects.
• Experience providing consulting services to governmental entities.
