Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate evolving business needs into technical and business requirement documents.
• Liaise between business units and technical groups across multiple Salesforce ORGs.
• Elicit requirements and analyze complex business processes to ensure alignment with technical solutions.
• Produce technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and technical reports.
• Assist with testing and multitask as a tester when project needs require.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and its applications.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, FIGMA, and Visio.
• Strong experience with MS Office products.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven requirement elicitation and analytical skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions.
• Experience training junior Business Analysts.
