You will bridge the gap between customer needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between international clients and technical teams to translate business vision into technical requirements.
• Author and maintain key documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Facilitate requirement gathering, demo sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against customer objectives.
• Analyze complex operational data and technical issues to provide intelligent insights that drive customer decision-making.
• Support QA testing efforts to ensure bug-free releases and adhere to defined quality processes.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of total experience, with 4-5 years specifically as a Business Analyst.
• IT Graduate or MBA in IT stream.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering for at least two major projects.
• Exceptional drafting skills with prior experience creating BRDs, FRS, SRS, User Stories, and Test Cases.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills with a track record of international client interfacing.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a service-based software environment.
• Strong presentation skills and the curiosity to ask the right questions to uncover business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big-data (Data Analytics) projects, SaaS applications, and B2B models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Exposure to project management or Scrum Master roles.
