Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by defining requirements for APIs and their consumers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document and develop detailed requirements for APIs and consumers, converting high-level needs into actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks for upcoming sprints and leading design sessions with product teams.
• Develop test cases for automated test suites and maintain documentation to support API initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate the maintenance of production systems and resolve issues involving interfacing systems built on different technologies.
• Facilitate project status reviews and create communication materials regarding product priorities and roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or technical roles.
• Proven experience in API development and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency with APIs and Agile frameworks.
• Experience developing test scenarios for automated test suites.
• Solid understanding of Agile or rapid application development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the airline industry.
• Experience in customer service roles with a strong customer focus.
