Description

You will own document generation requirements and template management for the organization’s lettering systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and redlining sessions to review letter change requests.
• Ensure variables map correctly to each letter template and identify missing variables for IT development.
• Build and update letter templates in ELGS based on submitted requirements.
• Perform detailed and regression testing, collaborating with owners for UAT before deploying updates to production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and template editing.
• Experience with letter management or document generation systems, specifically ELGS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
