You will perform senior-level business analysis to bridge the gap between program stakeholders and software development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary conduit between the customer community and the software development team to facilitate requirement flow.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that align with business strategies.
• Conduct business process re-engineering and identify new technology applications to improve business effectiveness.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments.
• Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment of all requirements throughout the entire software development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience deriving requirements from customer interviews and creating system requirement documents.
• 8 years of experience in System Analysis and Design, including creating mockups and wireframes.
• 8 years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8 years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
• 6 years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• Strong facilitation, writing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Business Process Improvement.
• Experience with Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira.
• Prior familiarity with TEA applications or employment within a Texas public school district.
