Description

You will act as the primary conduit between business partners and technical teams to drive system implementations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements, user stories, non-functional requirements, and system capabilities.
• Lead assigned initiatives and communicate status, issues, or risks to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure smooth product go-lives.
• Manage and deliver support requests, including troubleshooting and solving incidents and problems independently.
• Execute on-call responsibilities, including occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to document complex business processes and system integrations.
• Experience using agile techniques for requirements gathering and clarification.
• Ability to follow IT standards for Quality Assurance (QA).
