You translate business requirements into technical implementation for global IT products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract business requirements into technical user stories and detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters on roadmap planning, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Support engineering teams from UI to database development by articulating technical solutions to end-users.
• Test business processes, resolve product-related problems, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business and team performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Figma, Lucid Charts, or similar prototyping and diagramming tools.
• 5+ years of experience using Postman or similar testing tools.
• 5+ years of project administration experience with a focus on process automation.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite.
• Experience with web-based enterprise applications and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud provider services in both AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer, business, or music-related fields.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading as a Scrum Master or holding PSM/CSM certification.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts including SAFE, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
