Description

Owns business analysis and project support, translating requirements into system configurations and managing the full SDLC from blueprint through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting, royalties, and forecasting processes to define system requirements and configuration needs.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, authoring documentation including use cases and functional specifications.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), write test cases, and manage testing cycles for projects.
• Resolve production support issues by analyzing root causes and escalating critical blockers to management.
• Assist project managers with scheduling, status reporting, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and sub-ledger systems.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working with 3rd party packages.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical configuration and development requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• CCBA certification or degree in Computer Science/Technology.
• Knowledge of Consumer Products Licensing systems.
