Description

You will bridge the gap between client business needs and technology solutions, managing requirements, testing, and project tracking while supporting production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and technology needs, conceptualizing current requirements against future plans.
• Manage a varied workload including production support, requirements management, testing, and project tracking with minimal supervision.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and technical teams, presenting findings to mid-level management.
• Apply business analysis methodologies and tools to document workflows, requirements, and project status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for documentation and project management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience handling client relationships.
• Ability to multitask between production support and subject matter analysis of complex issues.
• Working knowledge of accounting or sub-ledger systems is required.

Preferred Skills

• CCBA certification.
• Experience with third-party packages in Consumer Products Licensing (Royalties, Rights Management, Contract Management, Deal Management).
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform) or Media & Entertainment financial systems.
