Description

You will lead requirements analysis within the US Mortgage and Residential Lending domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement discovery for Origination, Underwriting, Closing, Post-closing, Servicing, MSR, and Secondary Market workflows.
• Analyze and document business processes adhering to US mortgage guidelines.
• Perform detailed MISMO 3.3+ data mapping for residential loans, including loan and servicing tapes.
• Work with platforms such as Black Knight MSP and Encompass to manage data ingestion and quality validation.
• Create FBRDs, RDs, user stories, process maps, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in US Mortgage or Residential Lending.
• Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes.
• Hands-on experience with MISMO standards and loan data mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience analyzing borrower credit attributes and risk layers.
• Familiarity with mortgage-backed securities and MSR valuation workflows.
• Experience coordinating with Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering, and QA.
