Description

You will drive Prime Finance Margin business initiatives by managing the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and supporting cross-functional development teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and implement required improvements.
• Gather, document, and secure sign-off for business, functional, and system requirements.
• Model data and create mock-ups, diagrams, and development task outlines for engineering and QA teams.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream system representatives to communicate technical updates.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide subject matter expertise to clarify requirements for developers and business users.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of business analyst experience.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, JIRA).
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and presentation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Functional understanding of financial markets, specifically equities, derivatives, and fixed income.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Prime Brokerage, margin financing, and front/middle/back office operations.
• Experience with regulatory projects such as Reg T or PM.
• Proficiency with MS Visio, Balsamiq, or similar data mocking and presentation tools.
