Drive requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and oversight implementation for complex business programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Capture and implement oversight and monitoring rules by engaging with business partners and program managers.
• Build program profiles with Finance resources to support downstream calculations, estimates, and integrations.
• Identify external reporting requirements with legal and compliance teams for enablement from the EDH.
• Capture requirements for capability enhancements within the bordereau management system.
• Facilitate Business UAT and Validation Testing, tracking feedback and maintaining documentation.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, and business process management.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Systems Development methodologies.
• Experience with MGA Data Bordereaux Management and understanding of Insurance Ecosystems.
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
• Experience with Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities regarding business process management.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable items for technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
