You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable workflow and case-management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements.
• Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications.
• Diagnose system functionalities to provide troubleshooting and resolution support.
• Support release nights, UAT planning, test case validation, and defect triage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing solutions for complex business challenges.
• Extensive expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot) for data analysis.
• Experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Pega Cloud and Pega support.
• Experience with data mapping and Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
• Familiarity with Web Services.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources.
• Ability to create action filters, parameters, and calculations in Tableau.
