Responsibilities

• Analyze standards and procedures for batch and real-time processes.
• Manage databases using Oracle and SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Execute Agile development methodology, covering user stories, use cases, UAT, product sprints, and backlog management.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server database management.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Knowledge of telecom products.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
