Description

Support business process analysis and requirements implementation for a statewide IT project replacing the Newborn Screening program Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state process workflows and perform gap analysis.
• Develop BA artifacts including user stories, permission matrices, wireframes, data dictionaries, and entity relationship diagrams.
• Execute functional and integrated testing alongside UAT support, including developing test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure system designs meet business requirements.
• Track deliverable progress in accordance with the Project Work Plan and RACI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and documentation of functional requirements.
• Proven experience with business process analysis and UAT support.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or other health systems.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and groups.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and principles.
• Ability to manage complex assignments with multiple work streams and competing timelines.
