Description

You will drive RPA initiatives by bridging the gap between healthcare business processes and technical automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead information gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document current and future state business processes.
  • Design and review To-Be processes based on automation tool capabilities in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Create product backlogs, including drafting epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure delivery goals are met.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation as the client single point of contact and mitigate impediments impacting sprint goals.

Required Skills

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years of business analysis within the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as AA, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in Python, scripting, and working with APIs.
  • Strong understanding of databases, client-server architecture, and software design tools.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for requirement management and tracking.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to lead, facilitate, and drive group meetings and process improvement workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree.
