Drive RPA initiatives by bridging healthcare business processes with technical automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead information gathering sessions to identify automation opportunities and document current and future state processes.
• Design and review To-Be processes in collaboration with technical teams, leveraging automation tool capabilities.
• Create product backlogs, drafting epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure delivery goals are met.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation as the single point of contact and mitigate impediments.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in healthcare business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools: AA, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in Python, scripting, and working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases, client-server architecture, and software design tools.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for requirement management and tracking.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
