Description

You will lead requirements gathering and system design processes to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Derive system requirements by conducting direct interviews with customers and creating formal documentation.
• Perform system analysis and design, including the creation of mockups and wireframes.
• Execute business process reengineering and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with UX designers to build wireframes for websites and online applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirements derivation and system requirements documentation.
• 8+ years of experience in System Analysis and Design.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Process Reengineering.
• 8+ years of experience working within the SDLC.
• 6+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with UX designers on mockups and wireframes.
• 5+ years of experience designing and documenting reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Modern Requirements.
• Prior familiarity with the TSDS platform or TEA applications.
