You will drive business process optimization and system alignment across core business functions.
Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap for business process automation related to subscription functions and Quote to Cash.
Gain cross-functional alignment across product, sales ops, finance, legal, and operations teams.
Plan, implement, and monitor business process changes for assigned projects.
Analyze complex business problems across end-to-end processes involving CPQ, Subscription Management, and ERP.
Assume a hands-on role in testing solutions, validating specifications, and communicating issues to the team.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in a process analyst role, including substantial experience in Enterprise Applications (e.g., eCommerce, Salesforce, ERP, Zuora).
Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, SaaS/Cloud applications.
Good understanding of business processes including CPQ, eCommerce, Contract, Subscription, ERP, Entitlement, and Fulfilment systems.
Strong analytical skills to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
Proficiency with SFDC CPQ, Contracts, and CRM modules.
Experience using Google Workplace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, calendar) and MSFT Office Application Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey process changes and recommendations.
