Description

You will own business analysis and process optimization for core business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows, focusing on Quote to Cash, to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal to align on processes.
• Execute solution testing, track issues, and validate functional fit for implemented changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and refine existing features based on performance data.
• Develop and present business cases and proposed solutions to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience as a Process or Business Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of Enterprise Applications, specifically Salesforce (CRM, CPQ), ERP, Zuora, and eCommerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of Quote to Cash (Q2C), Subscription Management, and Contract & Fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in Process Mapping and Modeling techniques.
• Experience with Business Automation Tools and cross-functional project management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and clear presentation skills.
