Description

You will own the security product backlog and drive requirements definition throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously update the product backlog, prioritizing items by urgency and criticality.
• Act as the primary point of contact to secure buy-in from customers, management, and development teams.
• Monitor customer objectives and communicate changes to the development team, leading review meetings.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and ensure adherence to Service Level Expectations (SLEs).
• Analyze journey lifecycles to anticipate customer needs and market requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis or product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience with MVP slicing and maintaining strong backlog hygiene.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to blue teams and CxO stakeholders (CTO/CIO/CISO).
• Basic literacy in the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with SAFe Agile preferred.
• Experience with defect management tools such as VSTS (Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira or ADO, and workflow builders like Miro or Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of client businesses and their processes, including the ability to understand and modify existing Functional Documents.
• Strong project management and analytics capabilities.
