Responsibilities

• Perform system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services to determine efficiency and functionality.
• Integrate new systems and applications into existing business operations.
• Analyze and improve the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
• Liaise with internal departments and end-users to ensure proficiency with new systems.
• Monitor product licenses and ensure compliance with IT industry regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience with system integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data security and encryption protocols.
• Experience managing relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
• Ability to design and maintain customer portal support and feedback channels.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for facilitating software system adoption.
