You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through requirement validation, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and document business and functional requirements through structured walkthroughs with project teams.
• Analyze source system data to support application integration into business intelligence environments and define data mapping specifications.
• Identify and define common and master data elements to improve data quality and automate business rules.
• Evaluate business requests for feasibility, research options, and lead acceptance testing to ensure user needs are met.
• Track solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in change management and task automation activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT-related experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Advanced data analysis and investigative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into viable technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to liaise across operational and technical disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple projects, clients, and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills for knowledge sharing across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• LOMA Certification or ARA Designation.
• 2+ years of life insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with MDM, data governance implementations, or SSRS reporting.
