You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through rigorous requirement management and data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and document functional requirements while conducting structured walkthroughs with project teams.
• Analyze source system data to support application integration into business intelligence environments.
• Define data mapping specifications and facilitate the identification of master data and common data elements.
• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions through process improvements and business rules automation.
• Evaluate business requests for feasibility and lead acceptance testing to ensure user needs are met.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of IT-related experience in business or data analysis.
• Advanced data analysis and investigative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into viable technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to liaise across operational and technical disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills for knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of IT-related experience.
• 2+ years of life insurance industry knowledge.
• Experience with MDM, data governance implementations, or SSRS reporting.
