Description

You will own enterprise-level requirements analysis, documentation, and system specification for Pega-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, business rules, and UI specifications.
• Develop process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications using visualization tools.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.
• Diagnose application issues and provide troubleshooting and resolution support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings.
• Strong domain experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES).
• Hands-on experience with Pega Cloud, Salesforce, CPMS, PowerClerk, and Project Center.
• Extensive experience creating enterprise requirements documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (Power Query/Pivot) for data analysis.
• Proven experience operating within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks.
• Experience utilizing Jira or Azure DevOps for tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with long-term project tenure in complex enterprise environments.
