You will define and drive requirements for data integration and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with executive and operational management to define integration solution requirements.
• Define and document reporting metrics, including calculation logic from source system data.
• Develop requirements for scorecards and reports that communicate metrics, goals, and performance.
• Guide development resources to build integration assets, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
• Analyze performance trends, identify drivers, and recommend process changes to improve results.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in a business or technical analysis role.
• Strong SQL and data extraction skills using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile project management techniques.
• Strong understanding of business processes and integrated transactional systems.
• Ability to clearly present written and verbal information to executive management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to probe underlying business needs.
• Strong business writing and presentation development skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business intelligence, mobile, and web development environments.
• Experience in workflow modeling, data modeling, or process engineering.
• Understanding of integration technologies like ESB, SOA, and ETL.
