You bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the banking sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder collaboration in financial services.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to derive actionable insights and trends.
• Leverage AWS cloud services (S3, RDS, Redshift, Athena) for data retrieval and integration.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and report findings.
• Design process maps, data flow diagrams, and workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in the banking domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and validating data.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level storytelling and reporting.
• Experience developing process flow diagrams and data flow diagrams (DFDs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of core banking, payments, lending, or digital banking platforms.
