Description

You will drive requirement documentation for new product features to support recordkeeping sales and service.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements for new product features enabling recordkeeping sales and service.
• Build capabilities across the recordkeeping lifecycle, including client onboarding, service, operations, and retention.
• Execute projects that enable regulatory compliance within the retirement industry.
• Support digital and platform-focused projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Retirement and Recordkeeping business processes and technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution (DC) industry and retirement products like 401(k), 403(b), and Non-Qualified businesses.
• Experience managing the full recordkeeping lifecycle.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance-driven projects.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, ETL, and Data domains.
• Cloud domain knowledge.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the FIS Omni platform.
