You will define and document business and system requirements for healthcare payer solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document business and system requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Lead gap analysis, process mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and vendor integrations.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver payer solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of BA/Product Specialist experience in the healthcare payer domain.
• Expertise in Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, Billing, and Vendor Integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• US Citizenship required.
