Description

Act as the primary translator between technical teams and business users to ensure system changes integrate effectively into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize customer information to develop detailed user workflows and business requirements.
• Own and maintain user stories and requirements logs within Jira.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to plan and define sprints for prioritized requirements.
• Design system use cases, screens, and prototypes to obtain user feedback.
• Conduct user demo sessions, generate training manuals, and deliver training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in similar business analysis projects.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and verbal).
• Experience working within the government sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an engineering background.
• Proficiency in UX designing and wireframing tools such as WireframeSketcher, Balsamiq, Mockingbird, or Pencil.
• Ability to define business analysis lifecycles, deliverables, and templates.
• Expertise in brainstorming, benchmarking, data flow diagrams, process modeling, and prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Competency in testing and implementation support.
