Description

You will lead strategic discovery and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to define client objectives, business processes, and technology environments.
• Translate business needs into high-impact requirements, user stories, business cases, and solution maps.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on business goals, scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
• Partner with project leadership to manage scope, risk mitigation, and budget adherence.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or Solution Owner.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in Confluence, Jira, Lucid Charts, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and executive sponsors.
• Background in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale environments across Finance, Healthcare, or the Public Sector.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, or Zoho.
