Description

You will bridge technology teams and business units to support complex financial projects, specifically within Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to derive and present actionable solutions to stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and business subject matter experts.
• Solicit, document, and validate application functions, data requirements, and end-to-end process flows.
• Participate in integration design and provide detailed requirements documentation using prescribed templates.
• Document system reports and data requirements for both technical and business audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Deep domain knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Transaction Monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
• Understanding of financial securities and trading principles.
• Proven ability to document data and process flows for diverse technical and business audiences.
• Experience supporting technology projects through the full lifecycle.
• Any graduate degree.
