Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data and reporting solutions. You will own the end-to-end translation of business requirements into technical specifications and manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for solution implementation.
• Analyze complex datasets to support reporting applications and data-driven decision making.
• Map data flows and interpret data models to ensure accuracy across operational data stores and warehouses.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and manage reconciliations within financial and accounting workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or business analysis.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and reading data models.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP BO, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Operational Data Stores.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts, finance, and economic principles.
• Experience with middle and back office functions in financial organizations.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps and Agile project management concepts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree and relevant industry certifications.
