You will bridge stakeholders and technical teams to define, validate, and manage business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit customer requirements through workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis.
• Translate conceptual needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Create process models, diagrams, and charts to provide technical direction.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and manage project needs.
• Participate in quality assurance to ensure developed functionalities align with requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business needs.
• Proven experience with requirements analysis, planning, modeling, and verification.
• Proficiency in creating use cases, scenarios, and process models.
• Strong skills in solution evaluation and methodology development.
• Ability to document complex business processes clearly.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
