You bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Configure and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows in collaboration with developers.
• Define test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate implementations.
• Provide training to business users on AEM functionalities and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital experience management.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, components, and templates.
• Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Hands-on experience using JIRA within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and web technologies.
• Ability to develop functional specifications and data models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Adobe certification in AEM or related technologies.
