Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and testing phases.
• Document and manage core Aladdin Data Integrations.
• Execute data integration from Aladdin into downstream systems and platforms.
• Communicate complex ideas and requirements to business stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with Aladdin Data Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of asset management data.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong requirements elicitation and collaboration skills.
• Advanced technical documentation skills.
• Ability to capture and replay business requirements to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
