Lead fintech product development and banking technology transformation as a Subject Matter Expert for the US market.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients during pre-sales and implementation to define functional requirements and select technology components.
• Drive project implementation by providing strategic guidance on functionality and banking landscape standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to design fintech solutions that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate and integrate industry partners to complement UST FinX offerings in the US market.
• Analyze complex business problems, anticipate risks, and generate independent solutions based on analytical skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in Fintech.
• Deep knowledge of Retail Banking and Corporate Banking operations.
• Proven track record in US Banking landscape and BFSI regulatory compliance.
• Experience in product development lifecycle and functional component selection.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills for client-facing roles and partner management.
• Ability to mentor internal teams on industry-specific knowledge and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with joint solution development and strategic market positioning.
• Background in challenging and improving existing business procedures.
