Description

Lead requirement gathering, data analysis, and solution design for business initiatives while providing project management support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define clear project scope.
• Analyze business process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and propose solutions, including process improvements and technology implementations, that align with business goals.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Support project planning and execution by developing documentation and tracking progress against milestones.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Undergraduate degree (Any Graduate).
