Design and implement business automation strategies using modern RPA and scripting technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automation workflows using Automation Anywhere (AA), UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and other scripting languages.
• Analyze business requirements to translate them into technical automation specifications.
• Manage defect tracking and version control processes throughout the automation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of dedicated Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (AA).
• Proficiency with UiPath.
• Experience with Blue Prism.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with scripting-based automation.
• Experience using source control and defect tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
