Description

You will lead change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, partnering with C-level executives to drive alignment and program success.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver holistic change management strategies and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execute stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, readiness assessments, and training facilitation.
• Develop and roll out communication materials to drive engagement and awareness across organizations.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal practice development, including whitepapers and recruiting.
• Support business development through proposal development and client presentations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or industry with a primary focus on change management.
• Proven track record of participating in 5-6 end-to-end change management implementations.
• Experience managing change within ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Strong understanding of IT, HR, and Finance functional processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement, culture assessment, and user readiness.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• PROSCI certification or experience with other formal change management methodologies.
• Global roll-out experience.
